Every Paraguayan citizen is entitled to apply for a new his or her current passport while he or she is abroad. Those who bear a Consular Passport - can renew it for 5 years.
New Passport: Upon the approval from the Embassy, you must schedule an appointment
and bring along the following documents:
3 Passport Size Photographs
Fill the application form
Paraguay's I.D. (Cedula de Identidad) or expired Passport.
